MSM was founded by Matt Sims, a 20-year, award-winning producer and creative executive whose resume includes senior executive roles at Disney, Zillow Group, TLC, and Ryan Seacrest Productions.

Having spanned the worlds of linear, digital, and branded content as a producer as well as a senior executive, Matt has created, developed, sold and produced hundreds of hours of content as well as built entire, ground-up content divisions for production companies, studios, brands, and start-ups.
